The sun has set ...

To be able to admire a sunset is one of the most beautiful things nature has to offer us and many great authors has written about them. Below is jsut a few ... enjoy

Softly the evening came. The sun from the western horizon Like a magician extended his golden want o'er the landscape; Trinkling vapors arose; and sky and water and forest Seemed all on fire at the touch, and melted and mingled together.
Author: Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
How fine has the day been! how bright was the sun, How lovely and joyful the course that he run! Though he rose in a mist when his race he begun, And there followed some droppings of rain: But now the fair traveller's come to the west, His rays are all gold, and his beauties are best; He paints the skies gay as he sinks to his rest, And foretells a bright rising again.
Author: Isaac Watts

It was the cooling hour, just when the rounded Red sun sinks down behind the azure hill, Which then seems as if the whole earth is bounded, Circling all nature, hush'd, and dim, and still, With the far mountain-crescent half surrounded On one side, and the deep sea calm and chill Upon the other, and the rosy sky With one star sparkling through it like an eye.
Author: Lord Byron (George Gordon Noel Byron)
The death-bed of a day, how beautiful!

Starry Night

Vincent

Starry, starry night.Paint your palette blue and grey,Look out on a summer's day,With eyes that know the darkness in my soul.

Starry, starry night.Flaming flowers that brightly blaze, Swirling clouds in violet haze,Reflect in Vincent's eyes of china blue.Colors changing hue, morning field of amber grain,Weathered faces lined in pain,Are soothed beneath the artist's loving hand.

For they could not love you,But still your love was true. And when no hope was left in sightOn that starry, starry night,You took your life, as lovers often do.But I could have told you, Vincent,This world was never meant for oneAs beautiful as you.

Starry, starry night.Portraits hung in empty halls,Frameless head on nameless walls,With eyes that watch the world and can't forget.Like the strangers that you've met,The ragged men in the ragged clothes,The silver thorn of bloody rose,Lie crushed and broken on the virgin snow.

Now I think I know what you tried to say to me,How you suffered for your sanity,How you tried to set them free. They would not listen, they're not listening still.Perhaps they never will...

NB: The picture above was taken off the windsheild of my car on a rainy night. I was just sitting listening to music off the radio and Vincent was playing ... suddenly I look out and all the stars I wanted was right in front of me.

The Legend - Bruce Lee

A quote from one of the greatest martial artist this world has come to know :

"Be formless... shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle; it becomes the bottle. You put it into a teapot; it becomes the teapot. Water can flow, and it can crash. Be like water, my friend..."

Floating in the Dreams

It not bad being a jellyfish,
Floating in the dark deep sea just letting the currents lead
Visiting new place always on holiday
Never having the need to hunt for food
As food is served to you by the current
Not a care in the world, just living life as long as you can

Its really not bad being a jellyfish.
